Missing RECIPE
This product is an integral part of our process with the pot, as both elements are crafted through 3D printing. Achieving this posed a challenge considering the complexity of the ingredient mixture, which fluctuated between excessively liquid and too dry, causing interruptions in the cohesion of the mixture. However, we have overcome this difficulty through numerous tests focused on materiality, speed, and extruder height.
We designed a small template, and when we achieved success in printing, we transferred the piece to the dehydrator for a period of time (20 minutes) until achieving partial drying that allowed us to manually place the base, as the printer only completes the contours.
Subsequently, the fully modeled piece was left to dry on the shelf.
