We have crafted this bowl using traditional techniques, meaning, by forming strips of material and layering them on top of each other. Subsequently, we smoothed all the joints to achieve a uniform surface. Once we deemed the piece to be completed, we subjected it to a period of approximately 15 minutes in the dehydrator to ensure it dries without developing cracks.
However, despite allowing the piece to dry on the shelves, cracks have formed, which we have rectified by filling them manually with more material.
